I joined the Sovereign team in 2014. Previously I'd spent four years at Global Leisure Partners where I was Vice President, working on the origination and execution of a range of M&A transactions in the leisure and retail sectors. Prior to this I was at KPMG within their Corporate Finance team, where I was involved with a number of transactions across the consumer, healthcare and media sectors.
At Sovereign, we work closely with our management teams to help deliver the growth strategy. By sitting on the board of a portfolio business, I get to work first hand with the management teams, where I can act as a sounding board as well as a gateway to Sovereign's network and breadth of experience. I feel incredibly privileged to be able to contribute to the long-term journey of a business this way.
Whether the strategy is purely organic, or is one of primarily strategic acquisition, we take never stop exploring the market opportunities to help each businesses we partner flourish.
I graduated from the University of Cambridge with an MA in Natural Sciences and have the ICAEW Corporate Finance Diploma.
