I joined Sovereign in 2024 as a Research Analyst in the Origination team, where I am responsible for researching and analysing new business opportunities.
Prior to Sovereign, I studied Law at the University of Leicester and qualified as a solicitor in 2018, working within the corporate and commercial property departments. I assisted with the merging, buying and selling of companies or its assets, conducting due diligence and drafting company contracts.
My experience within the legal sector has enabled me to understand how companies are structured, identify any issues and analyse profitability.
Away from work, I am married with two children, love good food and I’m always looking for the next place to explore!
