I joined Sovereign in early 2022 with responsibility for researching and analysing new business opportunities across service-based sectors.
Prior to Sovereign, I completed a Master’s degree in economics from the University of Edinburgh and spent some time at Robeco Asset Management, providing insights on their funds’ flows to inform regional sales strategies.
Sovereign’s reputation for building long-term relationships is initially what drew me here. I have seen the commitment to creating lasting value through partnership where trust, transparency and a common goal lead to extraordinary results.
I’m a strong believer in using detailed research to draw valuable insights. During my Master’s degree, I collaborated with the Competition and Markets Authority and examined the rise of challenger banks in the UK retail banking sector, proposing policy recommendations for a more competitive market landscape.
Outside of work, you’ll find me exploring a new European city or venturing home to the sunshine of South Africa. I’m also an avid racket sports player and recently ran the London Marathon.
