I am a Partner at Sovereign, and I am responsible, amongst other things, for C-Suite management enhancement for both existing portfolio companies and new transactions across all Sovereign deal origination activities.
I have an extensive network within the industry through which I have originated both platform and bolt-on investments for our funds.

Prior to joining Sovereign in 2014, I worked in the deal origination and management enhancement team for private equity at Skill Capital. I started his career by qualifying as a solicitor at Watson Farley & Williams LLP. Jake has CPE (with Commendation) and LPC qualifications (Equity and Debt Finance Electives), and an MA in Philosophy & Political Science from Trinity College Dublin.
