In 2020, Sovereign backed the management buyout (MBO) of Acolin, supporting the management team’s vision to expand the business and enhance its service offering. During our investment period, Acolin has completed two acquisitions to date, made significant investments in technology and software products, and welcome some highly experienced, high-quality people to team.
