Sovereign appoints Fabian Critchlow to investment team

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Fabian Critchlow as Investment Manager. In his new role, Fabian will focus on the business services, financial services and healthcare sectors.

Fabian joins from Next Wave Partners, a lower mid-market private equity firm, where he specialised in tech-enabled business services and worked on a number of M&A transactions, including transformational bolt-ons and a platform investment. Prior to his private equity career, he served in the Queen's Royal Hussars and qualified as a Chartered Accountant at BDO.
